What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Most custom jigsaw puzzles are produced within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 7-10 business days after production is complete.
What image resolution do I need for my photo puzzle?
To ensure the highest print quality, we recommend uploading high-resolution images of at least 300 DPI. Our system will notify you if your image resolution is too low for the selected puzzle size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our custom puzzles worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your specific destination and order weight.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because our puzzles are custom-made with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your puzzle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
What materials are used for the puzzles?
We use premium, eco-friendly blue board and high-quality matte finish paper to reduce glare. Each piece is precision-cut to ensure a perfect 'click' fit and long-lasting durability.
Can I see a proof before my puzzle is printed?
Our online design tool provides a real-time digital preview of how your image will look on the puzzle. We print exactly what you see in the preview, so please ensure your cropping and placement are correct before ordering.
